Mission to mars

Sup blog peeps,

I have been working on something called Mission to Mars and this is one is one of my slides from it. This slide is a postcard to earth about how I have been doing on Mars. It has been very fun doing these activities and learning about mars known as the red planet.

About Me

Hi, my name is Jake and I am a student at Owairaka District School. The class that I am in is Room 8 I am a Year Six this year. Next year I will be at Intermediate, and I will be at Avondale Intermediate with my friends Cole and Floyd. I live in Auckland and share a house with my mum, dad, sister and two guinea pigs. My hobbies are playing rugby and soccer. I also like playing my Xbox. As a learner, I am good at typing, reading and maths. The things I struggle with are working by myself and staying on task. My goal for this year is to get faster at typing. I want to aim for about 55 words per minute. I also want to make a goal of staying on task and working more independently. I am looking forward to my rugby season starting because it is the sport that I play and that keeps me fit. I am also looking forward to seeing my friends and family after the lockdown.
