I am glad that you had such a great time making the comic strip! I think that this is such a fantastic activity because I love comics. I think that they are so cool! Do you read comics? Some comics have been made into movies, like X-Men and Superman, can you think of any others?

About Me

Hi, my name is Jake and I am a student at Owairaka District School. The class that I am in is Room 8 I am a Year Six this year. Next year I will be at Intermediate, and I will be at Avondale Intermediate with my friends Cole and Floyd. I live in Auckland and share a house with my mum, dad, sister and two guinea pigs. My hobbies are playing rugby and soccer. I also like playing my Xbox. As a learner, I am good at typing, reading and maths. The things I struggle with are working by myself and staying on task. My goal for this year is to get faster at typing. I want to aim for about 55 words per minute. I also want to make a goal of staying on task and working more independently. I am looking forward to my rugby season starting because it is the sport that I play and that keeps me fit. I am also looking forward to seeing my friends and family after the lockdown.
